My services provide information on accommodations, attractions, local guides, restaurants, transportation and culture, all personally tailored to your needs and interests.
Personalized Itinerary Planning
First, send me an email to let me know about your needs and when and where you plan to travel. I will probably have some follow-up questions for you, and vice versa. After our initial communication, you can decide if you would like to utilize my services.
Cost: $25 per each day of travel planned OR $100 for one week and $25 for each additional day

* Additional useful information about your destination, transportation, and other information that is particularly relevant to YOUR trip, such as packing information or government travel information
Custom Travel Planning
If you want a higher level of service that includes booking activities, transportation and accommodation, we will follow the above Itinerary Planning process and add the following:
We will fine tune the initial itinerary provided to you. There may the need for additional phone calls or zoom consultation to create exactly what you want.
Your fine-tuned interests are the focus, whether you like museums, concerts, festivals, sporting events, cooking classes, hiking or outdoor adventure. If you have unique needs, I would be happy to gather information related to your destination that is helpful for you, for example if you have limited mobility or dietary restrictions.
Once your itinerary is exactly like you want it, I can book tickets, experiences, tours, accommodation and transportation on your behalf. It is up to you to decide if you would like me to make bookings or provide you with the exact information you need to make you own bookings.
You will receive all ticket and information both electronically (if applicable) and in hard copy. I will provide even more helpful details and information so that you are well prepared for your trip.
If you desire, I can provide detailed information about public transportation available, provide maps and exact directions for getting from one location to another.
You will also receive additional information relevant to your destination, interests and needs such as:
* Additional sightseeing options (ticketing, hours, location, tour options)
* Adventure activities
* Local guides and tours
* Government travel requirements
* Packing information
* Historical and cultural information about a location
* Information about the logistics of visiting certain sites: (how long does it take to tour, operating hours and times)
and more…
Cost: $100 to $150 per each day of travel planned, depending on research time, number of travelers, and the complexity of your trip.
Before proceeding with Custom Travel Planning, I will send you an agreement, which you can return to me by email. There is a 30% prepayment requirement based on the estimated length of the trip I will be planning. Any payment you have already made for Itinerary Planning, if applicable, will be applied to your balance.
